Payment & Maintenance Fee

The real estates are offered for sale using the following payment scheme:

• 1000 Euro reservation fee;
• 30% of the sales price less reservation fee – signing of preliminary contract;
• 25% of the sales price – completion of the roof;
• 25% of the sales price – when Certificate 15 is received;
• 20% of the sales price - when the Notary deed is received;

There is a one-year maintenance fee, which is spent on:

• Maintenance of the territory of the complex;
• Maintenance of the common parts of the building;
• Maintenance of the green area of the complex;
• Maintenance of the swimming pool;
• Use of the swimming pool;
• Light fittings of the common area;
• Electric lighting of the common parts of the building.
• Year round security;

The amount is 5.00 Euro per square meter for each apartment per year + VAT 20%.
